Three Days, Three Quotes Challenge – Day 1

Day 1

Thank you to my blogging friend, Earthwalking, for nominating me for the “Three Days, Three Quotes Challenge.” I would highly recommend checking out his blog as it really is gorgeous.

Here are the Rules:

1 Thank the person who nominated you.

2 Post a quote for three consecutive days.

3 Nominate three bloggers for each post.

And the Quote:

I love this quote. I think it describes very simply yet perfectly what happiness is.

If you are familiar with my blog, you may have read snippets about my struggle with clinical depression in my younger years. Nowadays, I strongly believe that happiness is all about positive thinking, and having the ability to believe that you are happy, no matter what your situation.

Easier said than done, I know, but your frame of mind does play a massive part in your mood patterns.

Thank you!

I’ve hit 200 followers! YAY!

In the past week, ever since I began using my Twitter account to promote my blog, my follow count has shot up and I have hit my milestone, at last! Not only that, but I have met some fantastically talented people, and followed some amazingly awesome blogs.

Midway through the week, I decided to change my domain, which messed things up for a couple of days as some people followed one domain and some people followed the other. I think I actually hit 200 on Friday, but they were on two different domains and it was all getting very messy.. until WordPress stepped in to help me put things right, and here we are!

A big Thank You to all of you who have chosen to join me on my little journey into the blogosphere. Not entirely sure which direction I’m going in yet, but this is my year to figure it out.

I hope you all stay with me for many more milestones to come.

Thank you! 💜

New Year, New Theme (okay, no more..)

So imagine my dismay when I discovered that my blog theme had been retired!! * gasp *

I had actually been thinking along the lines of ‘new year, new blog theme’ anyway, so I got straight onto the theme menu, or whatever it’s called, to give myself a revamp.

Enter Lovecraft, my new theme. I’m still in the process of customising, so please forgive the raw look. But I like it so far.

Please feel free to comment below if you have any feedback on my new look, or any changes i could make. It would be greatly appreciated.
